HOW MUCH DOES IT COST TO ATTEND?
Registration is $495 per person. The cost includes the two-day Summit attendance for November 21-22, as well as breakfast, lunch and snacks during the Summit, a networking reception the evening of November 21, nursing continuing education credit and parking at the Hilton Columbus at Easton.
WHO IS INVITED TO ATTEND THE NETWORKING RECEPTION ON NOVEMBER 21?
Anyone who has registered to attend the summit.
WHAT ATTIRE IS RECOMMENDED FOR THE SUMMIT AND RECEPTION?
Attendees are encouraged to dress in business casual attire.
DOES THE COLUMBUS HILTON AT EASTON PROVIDE TRANSPORTATION TO AND FROM JOHN GLENN COLUMBUS INTERNATIONAL AIRPORT?
Yes, the Hilton Columbus at Easton offers complimentary airport shuttle transportation from 6 a.m. to 10:30 p.m. daily.
When arriving at the John Glenn Columbus International Airport, please call the Hilton Columbus at Easton directly at 614-414-5000 to inquire when the next shuttle will be available. Once you have retrieved your baggage, please follow the signs to Ground Transportation. The hotel shuttle driver will greet you at the designated area.
Before returning to the airport, please inquire at the hotel front desk for shuttle departure times and availability.
DO I HAVE TO PAY FOR PARKING AT THE HILTON COLUMBUS AT EASTON?
No, parking is complimentary for hotel guests and summit attendees.
WHAT IS THE CANCELLATION/REFUND POLICY FOR THIS EVENT?
If for some reason you must cancel your plans to join us at this event, please know that cancellations received prior to October 9, 2019, will be granted a 50% refund of the registration fee. All cancellations received on or after October 9, 2019, will not be eligible for a refund. Should the summit be cancelled due to unforeseen circumstances, all registrants will receive a full refund.
